What began in 2013 as a small Sunday program for a handful of families grew out of a shared feeling many of us carried quietly—the desire to hold on to something deeply meaningful while building a life far from home. As parents raising children in the United States, we wanted more than just stories about Georgia. We wanted our children to speak the language, understand their roots, and feel a real sense of belonging to something bigger. Now, the Academy is more than a place of learning. It is where children build identity and confidence, where friendships turn into lifelong bonds, and where generations stay connected through language, tradition, and a deep sense of who they are.
