The Georgian-American Youth Association (GAYA) is a membership-based leadership platform for middle and high school students ready to grow, lead, and stand out.
Every member is placed on a leadership team and works on real projects — from cultural initiatives and community events to partnerships and impact-driven work. Students don’t just participate — they take ownership, collaborate, and create.
Through this experience, members develop leadership, communication, and project management skills, while building a strong sense of identity and purpose. They gain meaningful experience they can confidently speak about in school, applications, and future opportunities.
